“I might not have left this review if my complaint was took seriously and handled differently. My husband went in the Loves Truck Stop and seen Arbys and decided he wanted some Curly fries. He also grabbed 2 classic roast beef. Since my husband is the kind of person that would rather take his loss and not go back in , I DID!! The fries was not fresh but by the time I got in the car he already ate half of them but the Classics are the ReAL problem!! Bread was old, like it was sitting all day in a opened bag. The roast beef was cold a not cut paper thin. Meaning it was already made and not made to order like it’s supposed to be. And was surly not 3 oz!!! I went in for a refund and Mathew decided I was only worth a refund for the 2 classic roast beef, not the whole meal for my troubles!!! Not even a sorry or offer a replacement!!! They also should work on their appearance. Mathew do better!!“

“I was greeted promptly and the meal was made quickly. The fries were nice and hot as well as the famous star #1 combo meal I had ordered. The lady who took the order was extremely friendly and asked if I needed anything else. I had a very nice lunch, the meal was as advertised and I had no issues with anything. Everything was great“
