The service is described as excellent, with orders prepared quickly and extra items, such as sauce and napkins, provided as requested. However, there have been some concerns raised about the quality of the food, particularly the Classic Roast Beef sandwiches, which were reported to have old bread and cold, thinly sliced meat.
