Fast, taste of home food. The blue plate special fed both me and my husband. Only $9! I like the fried chicken and the grits were quite different, but good. The rest of the food was just ok .
We always look for non chain places to eat. Spotted this place and saw there was truck parking a short walk away. The older gentleman that was at register was the sweetest and took the time to help us order since we had never been before. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely stop again if we are in the area.
Not the most appealing from the outside but, once you walk inside and meet the incredible people, it becomes one of the MOST appealing places to have a great meal in Laurel! Downtown is trying to "look" like something it's not. They're menus look like Vic's but they're more expensive and much lesser quality. This is great, home cooked food in a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The best breakfast in Laurel by far!!! Don't be deceived...
