Ward's Restaurant offers better service than most fast-food places, with great food like the Ward's chili cheeseburger. The restaurant in Laurel stands out for its hot and fresh meals, a must-stop for passing through. However, there seems to be a quality disparity in other locations, with cold food and hard fries being common issues. The goal is to investigate this problem and ensure a consistent dining experience for all customers.
