“I took the Blues trail from Memphis to Leland. I was on Hwy 61 and there wasn’t a decent restaurant open in Clarksdale, MS (lunch time) so I kept traveling. Finally, after viewing Hwy 61 Blues Museum, Mr. Billy Johnson (tour guide and curator) informed me of this restaurant.They didn’t open until 5pm but I was allowed to sit in lobby for 20 minutes until. The service, food and atmosphere were excellent. The staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant is very spacious.I ordered the pork with seasoned fries instead of coke slaw, potato salad and beans. This was some of the BEST pulled pork I have ever had and the servings were more than enough! Mr. Johnson stated that everything on the menu is very good and that he and his wife go often.I highly recommend dining at this restaurant if in the area.”

As out of towners in the area for a family member's funeral, we were pleasantly surprised by the owner stopping by our table to check on our meals. His engagement with us relating to our grandfather was the highlight of our trip.”

“Picked up an order for a friend it was cook freshly and nicely done the lady was very courteous I've been going there for years and I think that most of the people that work there are always conscious of what's going on there are sometimes they get overcrowded but it's well worth the price”

“We stopped in upon arrival to the Delta area. My momma and step dad love this place. Every time they visit Leland they come here specifically for the catfish. So we decided to try this place. The owners are absolutely sweethearts. We were able to order the 2 piece lunch special for dinner. We walked in on a Friday night and only had one customer ahead of us. I did notice a lot of people calling in their order for pickup. There is only 2 picnic tables outside and no restroom for public use. Okay back to the food. We waited maybe 10 minutes for our order. I had catfish with hush puppies, corn nuggets and coleslaw. It was delicious. Husband had the same but instead of corn nuggets he had fries. Everything was fresh hot and seasoned. We decided to try the "sweet juice". Baby! It's sweet. It's good but sweet. Decided to save it and dilute it with some water to make a pitcher of juice. Lol it's that sweet. The only reason I gave the restaurant 4 stars is because of the size of the catfish. My mom said they used to be bigger and we thought they could've been bigger. I understand the cost of food has increased but for $17.99 per person, the fish could have been bigger or another fillet. Would we eat here again? Absolutely. Would I try something different? Absolutely. I would say come in and give it a try. Next time I want to try the fried okra.”

“I went to scoops while passing through Greenville. Scoops has amazing service and food. The waitress was extremely polite. The cook was absolutely phenomenal at his job. This was the best food I have had in a while. After eating, I got ice cream. The cookies n cream was super good. All in all I highly recommend this establishment and I will be returning.”

“This has been the best place to eat that has come to Greenville in a very long time. The employees are so nice every time we go. I have not had a bad encounter since they opened. I wish all restaurants would use the same place or technique to train for customer service.Parking: The parking lot is very well marked, and there is plenty of space.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves to go here for lunch on our girl days. They are so friendly, have food that she really enjoys, and Ready Freddy is always there to speak and joke with everyone.”

“Lasagna was absolutely delicious. Service was good. However, if you're going to allow children to work around/over customers' food, please require him to wear a mask/gloves. I really didn't appreciate seeing the kid talking over the food lined up in the window. Germs/bacteria are always flying out of the mouth/nostrils.”

“You have to have their shrimp! They are amazing!!! Some of my favorite waitstaff/bartenders there are Boo, Coco, Kenyatta, and Regineke. They have the best DJs in the delta like DJ Ready and DJ Trick Nasty.”

“We arrived with a large group and were amazed at the hustle of the staff to get us seated together and get drink orders taken. We weren't sure how good the food would be, but the place was recommended by a local, and we were so pleased with everything that came out of the kitchen. Several at our table remarked that their favorite dishes were even better than their favorite restaurant at home. Because we had a very large group as late-comers straggled in, there were a couple of mix-ups on the orders, but the staff made it right when we pointed out the errors. The servers were also quick to ask if we wanted more to drink and refills of water, tea, and soda were coming out of the back quickly. All-in-all, this was a night of great value to our family since we could all sit together and enjoy a meal that was tasty, fast, and filling.”

“Usually is a long line and a very long waiting time in the line. About 30 minutes if there's 3 cars in front of me. This time, there was 5 cars in front of me and it took a total of about 20 to 25 minutes. It was awesome.”
