“I had trouble ordering from the app using the T-Mobile code. The order errored out and charged my card twice. I called the location and spoke to William. He offered to call to the GP see if he could get it cancelled. My order never showed up at Long Beach, but he took my order over the phone, comped my food for the frustration. William was very nice and pleasant to work with.“
