Terrible. We ordered McChicken, a double cheeseburger and a small fry. Waited 10 plus mimutes and finally left. They are clueless.
I’ll second every negative comment below this, and add AN EMPLOYEE STOLE MY WALLET OFF THE TABLE!! Don’t worry, management doesn’t care, and nothing was done about it. MY WALLET!
McDonald’s in Macon MS does not have anyone taking orders. You have to use the kiosk. They had no toilet paper, no ketchup packs, no napkins. Employees were squeezing ketchup from Clover Value bottles bought at Dollar General into cardboard containers to give ketchup to customers. Fries were so cold they were hard, no salt. Kiosk does not allow for drink choices. Numerous people in the dining room trying to order food or waiting for food. Very long drive through line....read full review
