Papa G's Catfish & More offers a mixed bag of experiences. While some dishes may have imperfections, the fish is consistently a highlight. The tilapia is seasoned and coated to perfection, with a crispy outside and moist inside. The fries, while not always crispy due to delivery hazards, are a great value at under two bucks. The hush puppies have a wonderful flavor but may be a bit too doughy in the middle. Salads are simple but fresh, and the ranch dressing may lack a bit of zest. Despite some minor flaws, the restaurant's commitment to quality and customer service shines through, making it a great choice for seafood lovers.
