I don’t know for sure but it felt like they were understaffed. The employees were moving slowly and some cleaning needed to happen at the drink center. I only saw 2 people working at lunch. The food was good after finally getting it.
Nobody was behind in the drive thru me but the lady was rushing me to take my drinks so I could pull forward in front to wait for it to be brought out to me. No ketchup, mayo, mustard, or napkins in the bag. I didn't get to ask cause she didn't give me a chance to before closing the windows after shoving the drinks at me.
Food was good, hot and made right. Server was kind rude but everything else was great
Parking: Parking isn't that bad when not busy BUT get out of the lot is a pain
Wheelchair accessibility: Really isn't any easy way to get a wheel chair to the door. But when you do it's easy to get in and find a place to sit
