“We love to eat at Schlotsky's, both in Flowood and in Madison. The restaurant is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the sandwiches are some of my favorite deli sandwiches. And we even catch the owner in the kitchen sometimes when we pass through so you know the owner cares about the business!“

Julia worked so well with the bride and our wedding planner to understand bride's vision and make expert recommendations and give guidance while working within our budget. I can honestly say that not only did they capture her vision, but the result was beyond our expectations. Their work was stunning!The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job. They kept the food tables filled, bussed the guest tables quickly, provided a private dinner for the bride and groom, packed a tray of food for the couple to take to the hotel, and had the leftover food from the reception packed up and ready to load up with us at the end of the evening. Cleanup was quick and professional, and we were relieved to be able to get home very soon after the end of the reception without worrying about the cleanup of the venue.It was such a pleasure to work with Julia and the Fresh Cut Staff. “The pizzas are great, but with caveats. I love the bbq chicken pizza especially. On Wednesdays they have a good BOGO deal if you have their app. I just wish they'd work on consistency and cooking the pizzas more. Sometimes the cheese isn't melted enough.“
