I have never in my 31 years experienced something as uncomfortable and disrespectful as what my family and I experienced tonight while waiting to be served.
After being seated at the hibachi table, we waited for quite a while without anyone coming to take our drink order. My husband and I went for the first time today. We looked at the signs on the front door and saw that it was $15.99 for lunch Monday-Thursday. When we got our bill it said holiday buffet $27.99. We would have never gone to a buffet and spent $27.99 per person- it’s just not worth it to us. We spoke to our waitress, she was friendly and tried to help us, but had to get the manager. No service! Hostess took my drink order and never saw anyone. No refill. Many items were room temp or lukewarm. out of about a dozen items I tried nothing had good flavor or really any flavor at all. Then they charged me 15% gratuity as a party of 1. For what? No one waited on me. Oh and my fortune cookie was stale and had no fortune...Yea don't eat here!

There were also complaints about the price going up extremely high, with a bill of 67.36 for two adults and a five-year-old. The restaurant insists on a 15% tip and was noted for running customers down for the tip. Additionally, on Valentine’s Day, only dinner portions and prices were available even at lunch.
