Jersey Mike's Subs

I walked into the store at 4pm, there was an associate sitting at a table eating and three associates behind the counter “working.” ALL four associates looked at me and none of them greeted me when I walked in. I stood at the counter looking at the menu and still no one asked could they help me. I turned around and walked out at that point. You would think with this place in the area that it’s in the customer service would be top tier, it’s certainly not.

Customer service is always awful, and they get the online order wrong EVERY TIME. Well today, I checked half the sandwich before I left to make sure it was correct, but didn’t check the other half. BUT I SHOULD HAVE. It was RAW. Will never visit this location again, this is a health hazard!

Awesome as always. Love this location. I hate “splurging” on a sandwich, but the price is worth it here.

I ordered my food at this location, I waited for my two sandwiches. I paid for my food and was handed a bag that I assumed had both sandwiches in it, cause why would you hand me a bag if it’s not complete. I took the bag and walked out. I got home with one sandwich. Take it I live at least 20 min away. I called back because I wanted my sandwich and a refund for my inconvenience. I was told I can only have one. Even though it was not my fault the sandwich didn’t end up in the bag. I am extremely disappointed . I spoke to Malcom the shift lead who then got instructions from Ryan the manager. Overall a bad experience.

Terrible customer service, not sure if he’s the manager but he has no care in world that they got my order wrong .stuff to high to be giving people what you want to . Try gaslighting me like it was mayo on my sandwich forgot half of my topping. And when I went in for the third time he offer to make it over or mayo packs . If you never lied in the beginning and did your job the first time we wouldn’t be dealing with this . Whole lunch break gone dealing with them .

Literally bought a #17 around lunch time and started eating it and it tasted like chemicals.
NOT HOW IT USED TO TASTE!!!

I’ve never left a review before but the service here is bad enough to let someone know. I sure hope they fix it because the food is great. The service and treatment of staff could ruin your day.

I just saw someone sandwich lying on the counter and not the white board. The manager saw how I was looking and grab the sandwich, placed on the white board then wrapped. Not sanitary at all. That sandwich should have been trashed and re-made. I was there for someone else, and this just didn't it right. Just ugh!

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's.the place is small
But the severice was very good
We had to go order
I had a chipotle chicken sub &my brother had a Philly cheese steak
It came out hot& fresh
We also had chips and drinks
You can have coke.but we had Pepsi drinks.i had a new vanilla drink and I couldn't help to go back for more& more
Then the sandwich came out.i had the chicken chipotle sub and my it was hot and fresh.the bread was toasted and fresh
I enjoyed my sandwich.it was very tasty

I might go here&try they famous cold sub they're famous for.although the price was kinda high
But it was worth it.give it a try.

Philly steak Philly chicken always good. Italian sub not so good thought jersey had the best subs
