The atmosphere can be apathetic, but overall, it's not bad. Recently, the drive-thru has been down, which has caused some inconvenience for customers, especially those with small children. However, the service at this location has greatly improved, with employees like KK and Truitt providing excellent assistance and making first-time visitors feel welcome. The manager, Isabella, has also received praise for her outstanding customer skills, helping to make this location one of the best businesses in Gluckstadt.
