Ordered a spud with extra chicken. I was charged for it. I reckon they thought I meant give my chicken to someone else. It was the least amount of chicken I had ever had in 7 times ordering the same spud without extra chicken. I’ll go somewhere else
Order placed with Waitr was missing items. They would not answer the phone that night or two days later. I realized good help is hard to find, but how long does it take to check the accuracy of an order? And, to not answer the phone is bad business! Done with McAlister's!
Second time today I have been here for lunch. My coworker was finished eating by the time I got my sandwich, both times.
No Excuse, 35 minutes to get my club sandwich. 🙈😡
