I just want to thank Mr Jeremy again and i wanted it to be pubically known that you are an angel in disguise. The way you handled my special needs son was beyond amazing. You even made him smile which is very hard to do. Not only are you an Amazing manager, you are an Amazing person.
After a long day at work, I arrived tonight for a quick late night dinner. I was greeted with a smile through the speaker and an even bigger smile at the window with exceptional customer service. She was ssssoooo nice I asked for the manager to personally give her a compliment. Thanks for the type of customer service I thought was lost. Janiya (I pray I spelled it correctly) thank you, thank you, thank you! After a long day, this was definitely a way to end it.
I bought a two-piece white meat combo in addition to 3 tenders, and for a moment I thought they'd forgotten a second piece of chicken, but then I discovered what they call a wing hiding under the breast. The wing was about the size of my big toe. In my opinion that piece of chicken should have been thrown in the garbage, not served to a customer that's paying extra for a white meat combo.
