Dietary restrictions: My husband is allergic to zucchini and they substituted with other veggies. I don’t eat rice due dietary restrictions, I can only eat broccoli and they accommodated my request.

I've eaten here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. They are consistent with the food I bought and it hasnt tasted like it was leftovers from a few days ago. I had to wait a few mins but that is a sign of cooking your meal fresh. Highly recommended as the flavor is very authentic to the dish I ordered, which is rare and I'm ordering from them again this week. Price is fair and I feel worth it for the freshness.

Red Samurai is a local Madison, Ms Japanese hibachi restaurant. It's easily in my top two hibachi spots. Their portions are decent though not the biggest I have ever seen but definitely not bad. They are fairly flavorful. They have a nice atmosphere. The hey have nice decorations and two very nice fish tanks. Their menu is varied and they carry more than just hibachi.
