Drinks are delicious every time! Service is good, though I can't help feeling like Starbucks cooperate is understaffing this store, what with how busy it always it. I haven't tried any food. The drive thru is super convenient and usually take 3-7 minutes total. The inside atmosphere is fine, though a little noisy, and I miss the comfy seating areas that used to exist at Starbucks. The prices have also gone up significantly over the past year, so I go less frequently....
very clean and workers are friendly, but…. it’s ALWAYS busy, the drive through line is either wrapped around the building or just a few cars. I don’t do carry out anymore because they’ll prioritize the drive through orders instead of yours. I was once waiting inside for 30+ minutes for ONE drink because they overlooked mine. (They did apologize and gave me a food item , which I thought was very sweet.) never did carry out again.
I have frequented this Starbucks since I moved here to the Madison Area. The people are always so nice, the coffee is always spot on, and the store is always neat, tidy and clean.I usually order ahead and pick up - my order is ready when I get there 99% of the time.I used to have to go the opposite direction of work, but now, IT’S ON THE WAY! ???
