Unfortunately, the grease isn't just in the food, it's on the floor too. Burger was awesome, totts were great, dining room floor was slick. Hopefully they will follow my advice.

Classic double cheeseburger combo w/tots instead of fries, was really, really good!!!!!! Everything cooked perfectly! I didn’t have to ask for anything else, it was that perfect. It was 1pm on a Friday for a late lunch. Only 2 other tables had customers. Staff was super nice and took my order at the counter right away. Restaurant was SUPER clean! (So were bathrooms)

This place has gone down hill from when they first opened. The burger was unseasoned. Fries were reheated. Served hot but obviously from earlier that day. The restaurant needs a serious cleaning :( probably won't be back

First time to try it and Ordered online. The girl that greeted me had to stop her conversation with guy sitting there (don’t know if he was eating or not), she wasn’t friendly, she was wearing joggers that sat low enough that you could see her underwear, handed me my bag without saying another word to me and instantly went back to talking to the guy. The burgers and chicken sandwich were great but a little disappointed with the amount of fries and tots we got for the price. For $2.99 I would expect a full container instead of the half filled container that we got. Also ordered extra dipping sauces for the fries that were not in the bag. With that being said, we will try it again!!!

Ordered three hamburgers for a total of $36 dollars plus tip to go. Fifteen minutes later I ask about my order. When the cashier went to the kitchen and asked about my order. The kitchen staff started laughing. I canceled the order and left.

We stumbled upon Wayback and were impressed by the service and the food. It wasn’t too busy so our order came out quickly. The A1 Steakhouse Burger was amazing. Reminded me as a kid seeing the A1 commercials making your burger into a steak burger. Wish I’d tried one of their shakes but I was way too full. Definitely worth adding your restaurant rotation.

The blonde lady was condescending and rude. I didn't speak to her because I was very uncomfortable with her from the beginning when she handed me the order I was picking up. Just because i didn't respond to you doesn't give you a right to treat me like im stupid. Customer service has gone to hell now days!
