Me and my wife sat outside waiting on a sweet tea that we paid for with our meal and it never showed up. After 30 minutes of waiting a woman came out and asked if we ordered someone else's order and as she was at our window we asked for our sweet tea she left and gave someone their order so we waited another 10 minutes until I finally had to go in and get my own tea. Fast food means it shouldn't take a whole hour to get a sandwich fries and a drink. A drink shouldn't take long to make and bring out to the customers that's been waiting for a while just for that.

Bathrooms had no paper towels, no condiments inside. No napkins inside grease thar potatoe cake cooked in was old. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that our server was very sweet

It has been a great Arby’s experience passing thru today! Cedric and Roosevelt have been great with helping us. Wish I could encounter men like this everywhere I go.
8pm on a Friday, no one in there. Over 20 minutes for our order. Skimped on the meats on my sandwiches. Can't recommend.

Very rude young lady at the drivethro and they are doing the scam of pulling forward when no one is in line. Makrs Giggs your shift manager told me this down right awful people y'all have.
