The woman working the drive through stared at me for several minutes, didn't acknowledge me when I was at the front counter, told no one I was waiting, walked past me twice, and was incredibly rude to employees and customers. Place it’s dirty restrooms are dirty the place inside dirty order a double whopper with cheese meal buns cold a heck asked them for a newer sandwich all they did was heat it up either in the microwave or the grill when I got it back the bottom bun was super hot but top wasn’t …. So yeaaa hope they shut it down never again

I ordered 2 #2's large with cheese, my onion rings are cold and there's no cheese, brown lettuce, 1 piece of onion. Very sad for a BK. I know when I am in Meridian, not to stop at this location. The lady behind the counter was very sweet and polite but the product quality is nonexistent.

"On the road again.... We were visiting friends and family in rural Meridian, Mississippi. We left there about supper time according to my stomach. Some times you need to sit down and eat and go "whew!". Other times you want to get back to the hacienda as soon as possible. We were ready to be home but still hungry. We stopped at Burger King so I could have a Whopper meal and my wife could have a fish sandwich. The service was quick and the food was warm, tasty and almost really messy. The folks running the drive through were patient, efficent and polite. The food was delicious.

The one last running the counter and making food. One random employee swept the floor over and over again…. Oh wow the plot has twisted. While waiting for 15 minutes she finally tells the guy to put food in bag. The front counter continues to grow with customers….. so basically one rude emotionless lady runs the store. if you hate your job quit. The one thing that is working… is the microwave.

Mobile ordered a big Fish combo meal tonight. After getting home and eating about the entire sandwich, I flip the bread over and see green mold covering it from end to end. I'm not sure how this wasn't noticed?? Unless it was on purpose.

They didn’t have an item that I ordered online and was unable to give a refund. The lady that worked there became rude about it and stated we had to call corporate and to get out of her drive thru. We were simply asking how to get the refund online, and she was irate about it. She flicked us off as we drove away.

After placing mobile order, went through drive thru and was told to pull up and wait. After 20 mins the whoopers were both cold and hard like they have been sitting there for a long time, plus instead of getting onion rings as we ordered they gave us fries. And no sauce or ketchup for our chicken fries. This was the worst Burger King that I have ever gone to. Stay away from this one and don’t waste your time or money at this location.
