I pulled up to drive through and between the order the young lady was chatting with someone else and I had to ask her if she got my order . When got to the window she was still talking and we had to sit there a min before she opened the window. I spent $28 and my food was COLD (WOPPER).this is not the 1st time this happened at this location. I tried to call the store 5 times and no answer. They were not busy at all...just chatting among themselves. This store needs to be RESTAFFED. Going to make someone sick serving this cold food. And they were not friendly at all.

This is by far the best Burger King I've been to in a long time the broiler was not doing it job but the young ladies running this store still managed to make food hot and fresh. They all Deserve a raise

Around 6:40 am, I pulled into the drive-thru and waited several moments for someone to take my order. After not receiving any reply, I left thinking they were closed. Some of the workers were just standing around by the window. I understand why we were the only customers there, and McDonald's had all the business next door.

Cold chicken nuggets & fries they seem to cook a lot of fries & nuggets then let it sit because they don't want to cook it when ordered but depending on who working they will make you fresh food if you ask but they automatically serve the old food first

Was traveling with my family. EVERYTHING we tried to order, they were out of. After changing our order several times, we gave up and left. Why be open for breakfast if YOU DONT HAVE ANY BREAKFAST FOOD!!!

Very poor service 6/26/24. I sat at the order box finally I drove up to the window. They were chatting leaving customers waiting 4 cars behind me. She said it was busy I said no one is here. I was told to pull up. The 4 customer drove by me - I have never waited for a whopper? Isn’t that their thing?? BTW no lettuce! Wonder why BK franchises are going bankrupt

Why I seldom go to Burger King. You will notice the first picture is a receipt that says extra cheese and no lettuce. You will notice in the second picture that there is no cheese for which I paid an extra dollar, but there is lettuce, which I specifically asked for it not to be on. The people were nice. The food was good. It just wasn’t the way I ordered it. I had to wait 10 minutes on the other side of the building for them to bring me my order and then they did not complete it properly.
So SLOW, took over 30 minutes to get a burger and small fries.

The food is cold they warm it up are refry the food again. Nothing is fresh ? it is very disappointing ? when we as customers pay for the food and it's old and cold I will never eat there again to not get what I paid for ???

I am in such disbelief! I haven’t stopped by this Burger King in almost TWO YEARS, because of how bad it used to be! I was looking to see what I wanted for lunch yesterday and I saw that there were a lot of cars pulling and in out of this location! I decided to go see what the hype was about! I went inside, the lobby was packed, but the customers were there complaining. I asked one guy if was there a wait time, and he told me there wasn’t, the staff was just understaffed and had a lot of customers. He also said that the staff were very friendly and that they were cooking all of the food fresh. A few more customers decided to join in our conversation and they all had good things to say about these workers. I decided to place my order and wait as well! The young lady who took my order, seemed like she was overwhelmed, but she did NOT ONCE, let that big smile turn into a frown! She was very nice and patient, with all of her customers, along with the other two employees she had! I asked her who the store manager over this location and my God, she said she was! She looked too young to be a store manager, but she held her position VERY WELL! I instantly fell in love with her customer service and dedication to serving all of her customers in a timely & courteous manner! I got my food, it was HOT, FRESH, and SEASONED! I will be returning to this location, hoping that I receive this same service every time! With that young lady being there, this location will make big changes! I will pray for her to be successful! If you can see this, YOU RULE Kamisha and I hope that you have a prosperous journey, as the new store manager!
