Well the veggies were good as always but that Flounder....smh....No no no...no way...too thin..fried too hard with thick batter...couldn't cut it...smh don't want no more. Take off menu...I saw oysters on the menu but I didn't try it...they hit and miss with the seafood

When I first arrived tonight(12/15) after 6pm, there were no cars in the line. Cashier failed to greet me & immediately put me on hold for a couple minutes & then proceeds to say , “I forgot to tell you that you have to have exact change in cash before I take your order due to our card machine being down!” & I completely feel that the cashier did not want to take the order at all because if the card machine was actually down she would have stated that the minute she came onto the intercom. Also cashiers are aware that majority of the customers do not have exact change so therefore I feel she made sure to state “exact change” because she really didn’t want to take cash orders neither! This is terrible customer service overall!

Me and my husband had got two of the lobster bites, fish and shrimp meal and we didn’t receive our shrimp. And then I paid for four tartar sauces, ranch, and honey mustard and didn’t get none of my sauces. Then the workers at the window want to sit there and shake their ass in front of the window instead of working

Hate to do it, but gotta be honest….
Since I work all night at a nearby location I come here often. At least I used to.
Tonight was the last time.

For the second tome in less than a week they didn’t have any hush puppies. Instead you get a breadstick that looks like the Pilsbury dough boy took a dump in your plate. And tastes about the same.

Got 3 piece fish and side of 5 shrimp, with fries and okra.
Okra is 99 cent upcharge, yet the portion is now half the size as before.
Fries were both cold and undercooked.
My fish was literally swamped in oil, like it wasn't drained at all before boxing.
And the Five butterfly shrimp were extra greasy as well as like chewing rubber.

Pitiful when a place goes to hell. I have to stop spending my money there and tell others to avoid it also now.
Been going down hill for a while. Started with never having anything available at 30 minutes before they close, and now food quality sucks.

All this started with new management policies and the manager that doesn’t treat employees properly. Maybe if workers were treated better it would reflect on their productivity. But thats just what I hear them talkung about when I went there.

Had captain ds once before and this will be my last. I just wanted something fast to get to bed. The food on the website looks appetizing but is more like canned food. Ds makes long john silver seem gourmet

I placed an online order, when I arrived to pick up the order, I requested a cup to get my beverage. Once I started getting the soda , a roach came out with the beverage. I requested a refund for the soda but was told they didn’t do refunds because the order was placed through a third party and they never received any money?. How is this possible since Captain D’s prepared the food? Are they giving food away now? After that I no longer wanted the food. It was questionable anyway once I saw the state of the restaurant..not disappointed.

Tried ordering a 4 piece waited 5 minutes as I was driving off she said “wait! We are ready” so I ordered and they overcharged me 5 dollars. I just sped off and left.

I use to come here often . Haven’t been in about a month. Everything was awful. Stood at the counter to order for about 5 mins. There was no one in the front. Waited for our food for about 10 mins after we were called to get our food which was some else’s. The food had no taste. The battered fish had no taste. The shrimp had no taste. The ocra had no taste. The atmosphere in the place was giving funeral vibes. I will not be back here. This was once my all time favorite place to eat in Meridian.
