Ordered 8 packs of the BonBites and got there to pick up and they had combined my bites into 4 boxes. I was very nice and said that won't work as I am taking to 8 different offices. Monique was friendly and began making it right, she was just filling in for Heighleigh that was on break. Heighleigh returned and began stuffing BonBites into smaller boxes...NO ONE said I am sorry. Heighleigh just said we didn't have the boxes for it but strangely they were stuffing into smaller boxes as I stood there. Needless to say the end result was terrible. Buns looked sparse in the boxes and sticky glaze was all over the outside of the eight boxes. It was completely obvious that they were put out with me. Then on top of it all....they overcharged me! I give up...I will never ever come here again! Good customer service would have fixed this issue...just take time to tell your customer I am sorry but I will fix it. But instead my $93.53 purchase was a complete bother to Heighleigh!

Stood at the counter to make a purchase. The young lady made eye contact a couple times as she leaned on the counter talking to a friend in the coffee area. I walked a away without making a purchase. Maybe her friend will buy one of your products.
