Don Cheques Taqueria

Went 2 times. Birria was pretty good. California burrito was good. Drinks even just regular ones a bit high. 2nd time was enchiladas verdes and a hecatate I think. It was ok the husband enjoyed it. The enchiladas had canned chicken. So I won't be going back. That for me is at least warn a customer if your out so we have the option to not get canned chicken. Server brought 2 tortillas for a giant dish for 2. We asked for more he brought 2 more. So we were able to have 1 a piece. Which wasn't actually an easy task to gwt him to bring it. Kids scream a lot inside here. Kids run around hit the tables and bench. Seems like a free for all.

We enjoyed our visit. The food was good as was the service.

The food was phenomenal, and staff were friendly. Really cool place.

Our absolute favorite restaurant! We drive over an hour to eat here. Their Molcajete bowl has so much flavor and their chips and salsa are so good. Great customer service as well.

Lived in Las Vegas for 13 years, in very Hispanic community. I feel like my judgement of Mexican food is pretty good because of that. This place is by far the best to be found in Meridian.

We shared the Molcajete Don Cheque. It was enough for two. The taste was authentic and delicious. The habanero sauce was just right. Very friendly service and the price was a good value. We will go back for more.

Mediocre; food & service. The atmosphere was okay. It was really busy. Lots of families but staff didn't talk to patrons and wasn't really nice..not mean but not impressionable at all. The food was not good...Its pretty hard to have a nasty fajita but they did it! Parking lot tight when full. First and last visit

Funny business. I have ordered pick up multiple times and there is always something wrong. I have not had a smooth experience even once. Either forget to place your order, you arrive and then they start preparing it, get your order wrong or forget to give you salsa. Will not come back.
