Wonderful! We went here on a recommendation and it was literally the best recommendation ever. The atmosphere was like going to someone's house. The music was not loud like other places, the waitress was super polite and attentive. The food was delicious. It tasted like grandma was in the back cooking. The portions are huge. Like, fill your belly and take some home for a snack type of huge. I highly recommend this place. Es un diez de diez. Muy auténtico.
This is the best Mexican food in Meridian. After living in Texas for half of my life, finding good Mexican food in Mississippi was...a challenge. This family-run restaurant serves my favorite comfort food, and I've never been served a dish that I haven't enjoyed! It's as close to authentic Mexican as I can find, so don't expect Taco Bell here. The ingredients are fresh, everything is cooked to order, and the portions are generous and usually leave leftovers...
Everything we ordered was fantastic. The green chilaquiles were hands-down amazing, the fresh lemonade was perfectly refreshing, and my husband couldn’t stop talking about how fresh and flavorful his chicken chimichanga was.
