I ordered a skillet, pancakes and toast and orange juice. It took a half hour before they brought out the pancakes, cold, and without the sugar-free syrup I asked for. 10 minutes later, they brought my orange juice and cold toast without butter. 10 minutes later, they brought the skillet which was not the one I ordered, they brought one with onions and peppers which I don’t care for. This was the worst breakfast experience I have ever had.Yeah

Stopped by passing through on our way too NOLA. And unfortunately I wouldn't stop again only thing good was the strawberry banana pancakes I ordered. I also ordered the Bourbon bacon jam Benedict with the potatoes it took almost a hr for them to bring it out and it was the wrong dish. Took it back and forgot the side potatoes. Also my bf ordered the T-bone steak and let's just say the table was shaking trying to cut into it she could barely chew it. I don't know if we just got in on a bad day but definitely wasn't tip worthy service..

Food was ok but service is HORRIBLE. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The only time they came to the table was to get our order and bring our food. We had to ask them for everything we needed after waiting for them to come but they never did. It would be understandable had they been busy but they were not that busy .

They were out of everything except Pepsi and orange juice! I had the Chicken and pancakes along with my sister, We have both not been able to keep anything down and keep Regurgitating everything! Don't stop here. It was the worst part of our trip. We got there, a party of 9 with a baby, some of us ordered sweet tea but it was bitter. Asked for Dr. Pepper instead and they only had one cup left. Their water had an odd taste to it as well. The food took a while, was kinda expected with such a big group. Pretty sure our waitress went on lunch while we were waiting, someone else had to refill our drinks for us. When we got our food, no one was impressed. Me and my brother got the chicken and waffles, and got food poisoning from the chicken. ? do NOT recommend
Well I generally like IHOP. But this one is a mess.Dirty, slow to get the food out, doesn't have all the menu available, and no help.One morning there was no staff other than one cook.Anyway. Needs some management issues resolved.Actually the holiday inn restaurant just down the road is the best option in that area.We were there for a week.

Stayed at Home 2 Suites and IHOP was next door so placed order online. Ordered Classic crispy chicken with bacon, classic Impossible burger with bacon and Jalepeno bites. Walked over picked up order which was 8 minutes later than promised time. Tipped $5 !And went back to room. Jalepeno bites were missing. Went back and was told they don't offer that any longer but did refund my money. (Strike 1) Went back to room to enjoy the order we did get. Impossible burger was missing the bacon and the IHOP sauce. So a dry burger. (Strike 2). Crispy chicken did have bacon but also missing the IHOP sauce. To make items worse, the chicken smelled like fish. I know they offer fried shrimp and fried fish. Not sure who would order it though. Didn't want to be up all night on the toilet so that item went in the trash. (Strike 3).Will never eat at this location again. On a brighter note, the hostess was very nice and helpful.
