Got two orders 1 free medium Fry one large for a dollar off the he app and ordered a Fyi we got to the window they said 10 pc nugget gave us one large fry and kept asking to check the bag and we kept showing them it was one large fry we just wanted one medium two large it seems like a lotta miscommunication in this McDonald's watch ure orders check before you leave!!! Other than that the first fries were good we waited on the others ther we're not fully cooked we just left it's McDonald's right oh well go at ure own risk!

One of the workers complained that I was holding the line for honey! ( condiments for my nuggets) . Yes, I was because I asked for pure honey during my order and was given honey mustard. It all boils down to customer service and making sure the customer has what they ordered; then she tried to be funny by giving me five packs of honey for six nuggets. McDonald’s should talk to their employees about customer service and more training on being professional.

The amount of food your getting gets less and less while the price continues to increase. God forbid you ask for more ketchup cause they already gave you 2 with 18 orders of fries.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered through the app a triple cheeseburger meal and the fries were cold and the burger was warm but it wasnt hot. I only asked for more fries and the guy at the window says ok sir. A min later a young lady comes to the window and complained that she had just dropped those fries. I asked her where were the ones I sent back so she could check them herself. She stormed off and the guy came back with hot fries. She did not have on the blue manager shirt so Im guessing shes an hourly employee. The manager was there but didnt get involved the entire time. It really hurts to have a young lady come and try to put me in place just because they threw away a cold medium fries even though I was very very polite to the young man. I had just seen in the news someone got sick from onions off a quarter pounder but I still went anyways. This is a time to take extra good care of the few customers that dare come back and risk getting sick like the person on the news. She not a manger and didnt have nothing to do with the situation. Managers are paid to take care of customers and situations like this, but Im guessing since I wasnt rude, she felt I was an easy target to let out pent up frustration on. I didnt get rude with her like she did me. The time was around 8:42pm 10/27/24. I absolutely loved the breakfast crew that served me earlier that morning, they are so nice and professional. I wish the evening crew could take notes on how to handle business like the morning crew. I may NEVER make another purchase at this location again, ever?
