Very best service compared to all the other McDonald's wait time was not long at all food was very fresh great customer service
The meal was hot and fresh. My burger was seasoned superbly and fries had just the right amount of salt. Had a few minutes to wait to get it and the person who brought it out was very "gloomy" looking.

Service is bad from the time you order until the time you pick up your food. Something about your order is going to be wrong every time you go there. They get an attitude if you ask them to fix your order. And the wait time is so horrible ? that you will forget you ordered something. They never give out Condiments or napkins and employees always on their phone.

It's all no interaction with people nowadays.. You're told to give your order to a machine while there are people around who could take your order..I then decided that I needed a person to take my order..should have stuck with the machine..when I said something about the way orders are taken, she then said we want you to interact with it because someday we don't have enough of people here to run the front..I then said okay..so I just want an ice cream cone could you please ring it up or do I need to go the machine again..I am not saying that she was rude or anything but just how she abruptly said that I could do it at her register was off putting.

This is the first time I've actually had a fresh just off the grill from McDonald's. The fries were even hot. Sweet tea was good. We also ordered 2 apple pies (cold), but we got our money back. They had an older lady taking orders (drive thru) very friendly, and a lady (with a feather tattoo on the back of her neck, pretty tatt) who gave us our order and she was super friendly. We were just traveling through, but I sure hope they keep it up. Maybe they can give teaching classes for other McDonald's. To these 2 ladies and whoever cooks, keep it up. I hope you get paid what you deserve

We had to use the kiosk didn’t know how to use . Older folks like my self new technology. If you didn’t have a credit card well it just didn’t work out.
