It has been a complete disappointment to go to McDonald's a night and order a cup of coffees on 8th street to have staff tell we stop making coffee FOR THE NIGHT or once we pur it out. That's it for the night after 9 or 9:30. UNLESS THE MENU SPECIFIES THAT THEY HAVE A CERTAIN. TIME TO STOP SERVING IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. ESPECIALLY IN THE COLD WINTER SEASON OR NIGHTS. THIS HAS HAPPENED consecutively on 8th street. Northillls has not had the same repora since I travel between the two ordering coffee various nights and days. Needless to say service and meeting the customers needs aren't #1 Always.

My husband and I have been here twice in 2 weeks. The employees are AWESOME! Always smiling and friendly. Oh and let me add that this is the later shift. We’ve been here around 8pm both times. It’s the same smiling faces. We love in cullman Alabama but we have made this our stop on the way home from the casino! Great job guys and girls!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Worst place EVER. I ordered and waited 30 minutes and while I waited they did not bring 1 order out while I waited. The guy who ordered before me waited 45 minutes and still did not get his order. I finally left with no food and no refund. WORST PLACE EVER?

We placed a decent sized mobile order with them, and they did wonderfully! The fries were salted well, my iced caramel coffee had a perfectly balanced flavor, the food was hot, they actually had lemonade in stock, the people were nice, and the food was made EXACTLY as ordered. Truly one of the best McDonald's experiences we have had thus far!
My online app would not work so I couldn't get the meal I paid for. 45min of trying to check in and couldn't o had to cancel my order and missed my lunch.

don't go after 6pm, you're going to sit in the line for 20 minutes waiting on one meal.
I'll never return here. The employees were consistently rude, and often got my order wrong, even after an exceptionally longer than average wait.
