In the 38 years of owning my own trucks and being an over-the-road driver and the simple fact that I'm out of Houston, Texas so I know what good food is supposed taste like.We all have differences in opinions when it comes to what we favor or what we desire.Me I'm not particularly a seafood guy, but you might favor it. So I can't tell you what to order, I can only review what I had.The baked chicken and gravy over a bed of rice, blackeyed peas, string beans, and cornbread, with a slice of sweet potatoe pie.Now, I'm not quite sure who's grandmother that they have kidnapped in the kitchen and chained to an oven... and no, I didn't take any pics because I was too busy eating and falling asleep! But not before I tried that sweet potatoe pie...SMFH.If you are ever in the Meridian Mississippi area, do yourself a solid and do not deny yourself this pleasurable dining experience.THE BEST SOULFOOD EVER!

Nice buffet with various choices of meat, vegetables, breads, salad, tea & desserts. I like the fact that the food is behind glass and you tell them what servings you like. They serve the food and other people are not touching the utensils and food. Food was fresh and hot. Small business locally owned. I recommend this business.
This place is so good, im strongly considering driving 3 hours to get it again. The banna pudding was incredible and the food was amazing.

It was our 1st time But Not the Last. Hot, Fresh, Well Seasoned Tender and Comfort Soul Food. OMGEEEEEE Great. Only regret pigs feet weren't ready, It's hard to pass but Sooooooo worth finding. Best find in a Long Time.

I spent about $20 after I was told that 3 menu items weren't available. YUCK! Their food is barely edible. - Veggies tasted like they came from tin cans.- Fish was very old & stinky with lots of tiny bones. - 10-15 HUGE dead roaches in the bathroom. - very ugly decor.Go elsewhere y'all! Good luck!

The food was beyond amazing. LAYERS of flavor. Cooked perfectly. All of the staff was patient and kind. Everyone treated us like family. We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

We had to go through the drive through. No one was really there. We were waited on by a young guy. No thing spectacular but food was good. Me and my son plan to go back. I'm going to give it another try and share my experience. We had the; turkey wings, collard greens, macaroni and banana pudding...I want to try to oxtails
