Erika was our awesome server for lunch yesterday. She knows the menu very well, very attentive, and a sweetheart. Our cups never stayed empty! Food came out fast, hot, fresh and delicious! We definitely will be back!

My hostess Erica was phenomenal!!! She was super friendly and professional. She gave great suggestions on menu items and really gave the southern hospitality feel as this was our first time at mugshots!!

Excellent service and delicious food—served hot and fresh. The bread pudding bites were a standout treat! Our server, Ashley Perry, was courteous, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. She handled our table of eight with ease and grace. Her warm attitude and friendly smile made the experience even better. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service!

Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She has such an upbeat personality that made me feel good. I had a big order and she took time to make sure everything was correct and the extra step to label it for us. Will definitely have more lunch work dates with Mugshots because of her!

My family and I came in yesterday night to get something to eat after a church event…it was simple and smooth. My server Meme was awesome everything we asked for she got she smiled and was a breath of fresh air making it easy for us to feel comfortable. I usually get her as my server and it’s always a treat speaking to her! Other than that, the men’s restroom was kinda messy though, had a weird smell but other than that this restaurant is truly the one to be at in Meridian!

We took our little miss lady (Miss Stella the Pomeranian) to Mugshots on a special outing this morning for brunch. Our server, who’s name I have unfortunately forgotten, was absolutely wonderful as well as the bartender who helped bring my Mimosa(s) out when our server was busy. Both ladies were very sweet and attentive not only to my fiance and I, but to our little lady Stella. Our server made sure all three of our waters stayed full in this Mississippi July heat and I noticed on our receipt that she rang in Stella’s fried egg (a special treat for her of course) without seasoning, which I completely forgot to ask for and I think was so incredibly thoughtful since of course that girl can’t have salt and pepper etc. I had the new cheeseburger bowl and my fiance had the philly wrap and both were delicious and fresh. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was so great and I want her to have her shoutout. It was spelled almost like Mykenna or close to it - I only glanced at the receipt, I thought my fiance grabbed it. Anyways - this was the fourth Mugshots I have been to and I was extremely impressed. :)

Good food, great service and a great atmosphere

Manager had a problem with some of the party vaping mildly vaping.

Erica our sever was really good nice informative just a pleasure to have her serve us food was great you can tell it was fresh and made in house couldn't have had a better meal
