I don't usually complain because I work in food myself. Saturday the 9th Philly wrap was ok but a bit greasy/soggy. We were celebrating my 17 yr old birthday. My husband's burger was very well done on the outside with a very pink inside with a cold bun on it. We aren't people that like to sit around after eating so after we get through we don't see the waiter so my husband goes to the bar/Register area and waits a few minutes for anyone to come out, they look for our waiter but she was in the bathroom and they didn't know her number to check us out. Well she came back and I guess she was ill that they came to look for her so she takes the $100 cause our order for 4 people was over $66.. she hands him the change without acknowledging him and talks to a different lady that was waiting. We always tip when we go out because I know how it is but with her acting like she was mad because we were ready to go (we have over an hour trip home) and don't like to wait it rubbed me a very wrong way and I told my husband not to leave anything since she didn't want to acknowledge us. I'm sorry if you were having a bad day but when we work in service you have to remember that customers visits leave an impression. I truly hope your day got better.

I really like mugshots and have been to several. This was terrible. Appetizer went to the wrong table that had no joke just sat down, after we had been waiting for 15 minutes. They were delivered there by our waitress who was not even their waitress and she even acknowledged it by noticing the what the heck look I gave her then she wanted to blame the cooks. Then she deleted the app after asking us and telling us that it would be out after our food was out. No thanks. Then the food was not hot and she couldn't even remember to bring out a single cup of ranch. No refills up charged a kids meal to a regular adult burger. Pitiful

This was my 2nd time my husbands 1st time food was phenomenal bout waitress Desiree was phenomenal!! The bartender I thought was amazing as well he took the time to bring our drinks to us!!! All over a very well experience!!!

went yesterday, no one at the front to seat you, two young kids sitting at a booth eating and looked at us several times before the boy decided to get up and seat us. took forever for someone to finally take our drink orders and then they got it wrong. took forever again for someone to come get our order but ordered a burger with rotel and chili on my fries, comes back with maybeeee 10 fries on everyone’s plate and mine missing chili. now they charge .50 for extra sauces. people look at you several times but take forever for someone to come to you and check on you. she came to our table maybe twice after she gave us our drinks other than taking our order and giving our food. one girl had a red cup and one had a clear cup so one of the few times she checked on us she took two teas for refill and gave them the wrong cups back then spilt tea on our napkins and didn’t replace them or apologize. a to go order was wrong and had to be sent back. when she checked it again she asked about lettuce and comeback sauce and “manager” said the burger don’t come with lettuce but the menu on the counter says it does. the whole experience was absolutely horrible and i would not recommend going. i could understand if it was busy but the whole front side was empty other than those two sitting there flirting and eating on the clock. for there at 3 and didn’t leave until about 5 and it’s not like we did that on purpose. that’s just how long it took. guy at the bar putting limes on drinks with no gloves but will sit there and bite his fingernails. absolutely horrible. should’ve been completely free in my opinion.

The food was so great! I love the A1 steak sauce burger. It is perfection! The last time I visited, I tried for the first time the rotel cheese to dip the ff in. It did NOT disappoint. Great food! I also love their vanilla milkshake!
