I try to go to a PJ's Coffee every I travel. This is one of the best - clean, properly staffed, great taste to all my favorites! (Granita!)

Went today for the first time for an expresso fix, I definitely got what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was very friendly, and I got my coffee really quickly for ordering 4 coffees. Prices are fair. Will def be going back there for coffee.

Tried to go here for coffee on a Saturday morning at 7:30AM, and after sitting at the drive thru speaker for several minutes, I pulled up to the window. There was no one inside working. Their website says they open at 6:00AM. Very frustrating to drive out for good coffee only to find they were closed.

Went through the drive thru and got a white mocha a few years ago. When I got to the window to pay, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip. First time I have ever been asked to leave a tip going through a drive through. The white mocha was horrible. That was the last time I ever went there. I go other places or make my own currently. I will literally never go back there even if they are giving it away for free. It was a few years ago but I am the type of person where if I am spending my money on your business and it is horrible, then I will never step in your door again and that business can go bankrupt for all I care. Some people will go to a place over and over again expecting a different result. Or they are satisfied with good service only 50% of the time. I am a one and done person especially when it comes to food and coffee. I got food poisoning from Subway back in 2000 in Colorado. I did not eat Subway again for 12 years and at that time I was eating
Subway every weekend.

I have always loved PJ’s because you have the best coffee and Baristas. But now I love it even more because Andrew is working there. He is the absolute best. Thank you PJ’s for always being the best .

Low-rate Starbucks. The coffee is fine, but the “Cuban sandwich” is a crime. The music is all knock-off copies of the original pop hits, so they don’t have to pay royalties. Kind of like everything else about PJs.
Kade Brand has excellent customer service! I was wanting something different but not too sweet he was fabulous at helping me out ! Great job Kade !
