Cassandra is one of the kindest managers I have ever dealt with at Popeyes. I arrived 10 minutes before the restaurant opened. She took my order and treated me awesome! That’s unheard of. She is customer service crazy! Shania brought my food to me and was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

This is the worst Popeyes we have ever been to and we won't be going back. Rude cashier and rude Mangement. They Just don't care about their food or customer service. I will be contacting headquarters but I'm sure nothing will be done about it. We never received most of our food and just got our money back after 45 minutes of waiting. Establishment wasn't clean anyway so it's probably a good thing we didn't eat their food.

They just give you what they want, ordered ghost pepper they gave regular wings. Ordered blackened ranch gave buttermilk.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional. Specifically, the Popeyes in North Hills is one of the worst restaurants in this area that I have ever tried to get food from. Recently, I ordered a chicken sandwich combo from here and had to wait for an excessively long time. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and treated customers with rudeness. Moreover, the restaurant was unsanitary, as I noticed several flies buzzing around. I strongly advise against eating here.

I ordered online a 10 pc chicken with 2 sides and a 5 pc chicken tender with 1 side. When I got there the 10 pc chicken was marked off the order. They had everything on my order except the 10 pc chicken. Even though I had two receipts of what I ordered and had paid they refused to give me the 10 pc chicken. The window person said I didn’t pay for it. The manager came out and nothing changed with the order to make it right. He refused to give me entire order. I asked for his name and when asked to repeat it he said “F••• You” to me and my son who was with me. Very un-accommodating and very rude manager. He doesn’t belong in the food industry.

They forgot one of my sides at the drive thru, so I had to go inside because the line was too long. The cashier was very nice. She asked what I was missing and gave it to me, no questions asked.
