The older black female that works overnight is the absolute worst! She’s either on break or they are “closed” according to her. Purposely takes forever making sandwiches in hopes you will leave. And don’t let me forget she will make you wait 30-40 mins for her to make DoorDash orders and then after waiting she will tell you she’s “closed.” Hopefully subway/pilot will part ways with her.

Was just trying to get a quick sandwich or 2 to take with me and go .nobody in Subway. I asked about it they said they were on break ,and they didn't know when they'd come back after waiting 30 minutes I gave up.

How do you up charge your customers for veggies on a already over priced sub sandwich and think it's going to save you money. That's counterproductive and im sure against Subway policy no matter if it's independently owned or not. What happens when you lose business because you want to cheat your customers it simple mathematics. I said I'll never eat subway again but I lied. Let me be more particular, I'll definitely never eat at Pilot/Subway off I20 in Meridian,AL again.

Close at 10pm. And it says 24 hours. A lady told me she close at 9 50 pm to clean. So disappointed in subway AT A TRUCK STOP WOW. People are getting TURNED away as I write this. SMH
