Went into subways. Coordinate foot long Subway. Ask for it to be wrapped separately. At the checkout, I asked to make sure it's wrapped separately. She told me it wasn't she told me it wasn't. I says why I would like it wrapped separately. She says sorry it's already been wrapped. I won't rewrapt it. I says okay, then you can keep your sandwich very disrespectful. And I guess that's almost fifteen bucks they're not getting

An employee named Tee displayed unprofessional and unsanitary behavior during my visit. She was wearing a dirty T-shirt, acted rude toward customers, and even stepped outside to smoke while people were waiting in line. Most concerning, she did not wash her hands before handling my cookies, which raised serious food-safety concerns.
However, I also want to mention that another female employee at the same location was very polite and professional. She treated customers with respect and showed great attitude — I appreciate her service.
I hope management at this store recognizes that good employee while also addressing the hygiene and behavior issues with the other. Please ensure food-handling and customer service standards are reinforced at this location.

The sandwich maker / cashier/cleaning person isn’t having it tonight! Totally understand his frustration towards the job understandable that he is by himself and having a 3 customer at the line is not okay for him but that doesn’t means we have to or I have to see his anger and frustration for not to say nasty actitud. Hope he gets some help at least for better customer service and food handling.

Miah was so amazing and so fast great customer service!! I love her energy she deserves a raise, she works so hard! I order so fast because I was in a hurry and she easily remembered what I said! She was short staffed and everything and there was so many customers she was awesome!

Today, I decided to get subway. First time at this location. The food at Subway was acceptable; however, the service was extremely poor. The employee who assisted me was rude, impolite, and demonstrated very poor customer service skills. He spoke in such a low tone that I had to ask him to repeat himself, at which point he responded with noticeable irritation. Additionally, he wrapped my food incorrectly, failed to ask if I needed napkins, and generally appeared impatient throughout the interaction. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

The only subway in 🇺🇸 they Charge You 75 cents up to $1.50 for the vegies and couple onions more i never see that before any subway in diferent state only in this place 👎🏻

Food a joke over priced ask for warm get cold barley anything on wrap and small enough to be a snack subway needs to be closed down
the workers were very rude. we asked for 4 sandwiches and we realized we ordered the wrong thing and asked to remade it and a older white man said “it’s already in the toaster” in a rude way so we ordered the rest and they got my order messed up and we were trying to fix it and a older white lady Cheyenne got a attitude.

I wish I would have believed the reviews. The older black lady making my sandwich was very rude. Bearly put any veggies on it and I said can I please get more onions and she pops off “extra charge” very bad service. Bad atmosphere. Beware !
