TERRIBLE. did a mobile order and still sat at the window for 30 mins. get all the way back to work just to realize my order is wrong, so i take it back and ask them politely to put mayonnaise on it and they look at me and say “do you want the packets” no i actually i want my order right and not have to wait 30 minutes after i did a mobile order. 0/10

When i first got there the girl with the braids was sitting down eating and said she didn’t have time to make my food. when i got it she put mayonnaise on it when i didn’t ordered that, when i came back the other girl with the red hair was sitting down on the phone loud as ever !! i wouldn’t recommend!

What’s the point of a mobile order if it’s not ready when you get there ? Every single time I place a mobile order it says pickup in 20-25 mins. I go there to pickup and it’s always “oh we haven’t made it yet”. I definitely wont be back , it’s getting ridiculous.

Get tired of when I order my food online and it usually gives ready in 15 or 20 minutes I wait after the 20 minutes and go when my app tells me it's ready and I get there and my food isn't ready. I have to wait more time for them to fix my food. So frustrating

I asked for lightly toasted but the toaster was broken. Barely any meat on the sandwich. Very slow poor service. One service girl was just sitting at a table not helping. Sandwich was NOT good. Had to repeat order very frustrating
Food was very cold. Multiple fountain drinks were out, asked for a cup holder with 3 drinks and worker told me they don’t have any.

The lady's working there are rude I asked for a beast they said they had no roast beef I asked about lemonade they said only in bottles they acted like I was putting them out and that what I wanted was a inconvenience the date is 5-30-24 the time is 730 I know the owner has always put customers first I hope he sees this
