Never been at a subway that takes a lunch and have no one else to serve customers. Looks like the owner is two cheap to hire at least 2 people for late evening shift. Only had 1 person working and they were on her lunch break. Couldn't order anything. 24years of being on the road Never saw that. If dont have employees to work your business either work it yourself or shut it down. Especially being at a truck stop. ( Mr Fuel /one9 truck stop.

I ordered a Italian bmt with extra salami and no pepperoni. I was charged 99 cents for the salami . Where's my 99 cents for Zhe pepperoni? I will never be back

Lady running subway was really rude. Refused to serve me at 9pm even though she said it didn’t close till 10. Was to busy helping fuel desk lady chatting and not helping and had the Gaul to tell me pilots subway is 24/7 and to go there instead of doing there job. Store acted very racist toward white people.

They close when ever they feel like it even tho the business hours state otherwise. They don’t honor the business hours service it’s terrible a bunch of lazy people

I don’t know how to explain. How Terrible is my experience. I had one side burnt bread and also they are out of some veggies. Worst thing I don’t eat pork and she made my sandwich and other customer sandwich at same time together wearing same gloves . I Just throw my sandwich in trash

The service is just terrible. I’ve worked fast food before so I’m no better than anyone but to be that rude and nasty is completely uncalled for. I seriously have no idea how this location is still in business because customer service is important and the employees completely lack it here.
Been here at least 2 times aweek over last 3 months always good today horrible. Veggies all looked bad dry rotten. Service was bad didnt have meats ready for lunch or egg still frozen in back girl didnt know what sub seasoning is over rang me just not good will be stopping at pilot up the street hope its better i know in Alabama it is ill start taking break over there after this
