Ordered 2 Cruchy Tacios Supreme and a bean burrito. No unsweetened tea that I ordered. They never have unsweetened tea at this location. The beans tasted old in the burrito and I received reg Tacos instead of Supreme. There was food remnants on 3 of the tables. The kiosk has unsweetened tea on the menu but the lady said they weren't able to put sweet tea in the menu. The other locations in Meridian offer unsweetened tea, but the 8th St location never has in the past 5 years I have stopped there. The kiosk is not friendly user, either.

Stood in for about 45 minutes before they acknowledge me, lagging around, and trying to get smart mouth, with the wrong guy, foremost, this is the worst I've ever seen, if they don't want to work then they should leave, point blank, I'll never go back to this one here in Meridian Ms on 8th street and will encourage my friends and family to not go there

Had a mobile order. With 2 boxes, and an extra supreme chalupa. Chalupa was missing. None of the food was separate in a box. Everything was just thrown in a bag. All the breading was cold and wasn't cooked properly. Customer service was poor. Came in on Friday night at 11pm. Wait time for the order was over 10 min. Would not recommend eating here. Worst Taco Bell we have ever been too.

Came to the drive thru at 9:30 pm on a Sunday night and nobody was there. Lights were on and everything. Why advertise that y'all open until 1 am, and it’s a lie. This is a horrible establishment.

Pulled into the drive through at 1030 on a Thursday night and the restaurant was empty. All the lights were on and the sign said they closed at 1am however, the store was empty.
We ordered the Cantina Chicken Toasted Cheddar Street Chalupas to go. They left off the sauce and onions and cilantro and barely had any cheese. Taco Bell headquarters must tell employees to leave stuff off the orders to save them money.

We were trying to pick up an Uber eats delivery order and they are ignoring folks at the speaker and hiding at the window. Another case of not wanting to work. This was around 12:30pm and they are supposed to close at 2am. How hard is it to cut off delivery apps if y’all don’t wanna work.
