Whomever was cooking the whole catfish on Thursday evening, April 10, 2025, is the absolute best fish fryer ever! I eat there often, but the fish has never been so delicious, perfectly seasoned, and fried hard like I requested. There were plemty of cars in line, but the wait wasn’t long at all.
They have a drive-thru the food was hot The food is inexpensive and the food is good. I would say the green beans are straight out the can but add a little salt and pepper you'll be fine. The crab cake that they gave me could have been cooked a little more but it had a good taste. Overall good little place to stop when you're on 20 going east or west
I just had the best experience here! I ordered the pick 2 platter with catfish & shrimp. The fish was seasoned well & fried perfectly. Not soggy, very crispy but not overcooked! Same for the shrimp. Not to mention it was piping hot & fresh when I got it. They also have a very pleasant young man in the drive thru who made sure I had all my extras, & had good conversation while I waited. Just an overall great experience, & I will definitely visit again
