“Great food and the service was very nice. Loved the use of all the McCarty pottery on the table. The vases with fresh flowers was a special touch. Called a week before and made reservations since we were traveling.”
“John did an awesome job with being attentive and entertaining. He catered to my child by showing him tricks and making his time here enjoyable! The seafood fries were top notch and the bartender, Jamilyn, did a great job with the drinks!”
“Delta Dairy serves soft serve ice cream, frozen yogurt, and more, with a wide variety of delicious toppings, in a cute little shop in downtown Cleveland. This is a great place to pop in for ice cream with kids after school or as an after dinner treat. It's always very clean and the toppings are kept well stocked. Don't forget to check out the freezer for ice cream sandwiches and other treats.”
“First time and I tried their Chicken Satay. Omg where has this been all my life!! Chicken was moist and that peanut sauce omg. When it hits the white rice omg I did little dance. I hope they go to the McKinneys Farmers market soon, because I need more of that in my life. Its also halal if your looking for that.”
“Lena's Pizza is amazing! It stands in its own light. Nothing compares--except maybe in Naples. Our made-to-order pizza was ready in 2 minutes--and the best we ever had! Turns out Lena traveled to Napoli, Italia to learn to make pizza. In addition, she bought a Napoli pizza oven. The oven runs on oil and red and white oak. She heats the oven with oil and maintains the 800' temperature with the oak. At that temp, the pizza cooks in 90 seconds. AND—it gets better! Lena makes bagels—and they're equally delicious! As of last night's dinner and this morning's breakfast, we are no longer NY pizza and NY bagel snobs. Lena's is an hour away, but her pizza and bagels are worth the trip.”
“This place was exactly what we were looking for in Cleveland, Mississippi. The staff was very nice and the selection of ice cream bars and snowcon and fruit parfaits were endless.”
“We came into Cleveland, MS, to look for a new stove for my mom at one of the appliance stores, and we are always just so amazed with the progress/growth of Cleveland. It is in the Delta region of MS, which is known to be one of the poorest areas of the state. However, Cleveland has proven that a small college town in this region can still prosper and grow, especially when its residents pull together to bring a diversity of shops to historic Downtown Cleveland. Places such as Zoe Coffee Co. is one of those shops worth going into. The coffee is good, but the good works that it benefits in Kenya ?? are so much better. Go support their efforts to help women and children in Kenya and enjoy a good cup of coffee at the same time.Parking: Parking is on the main street, and we had no problem finding a parking space, but this was on a weekday. I could see Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being a challenge to find parking.”
“If you weren't looking for it. You would never find it. Sits back in an old warehouse. I had to follow the traffic of people at lunchtime to find the front door. Once inside its large. Rustic dining area. Really good little gourmet pizza's and sandwiches. Friendly staff.”
“We came here as children and young adults, so it's nice to see that a food staple is still in business in Cleveland. They are friendly and community service oriented. The food is really good, I wish I could cook smothered pork steak like that. ?My sister said even the caramel cake is good.Vegetarian options: Please ask about meatless options”
“I wish i was joking - some of the best baked beans I have ever had. It is all home made which gives it a different taste but it is all so good. Service is quick, great local spot!”
“Went here for dinner while in town visiting and we left so satisfied! If you want some great Tex-Mex food you need to come here. The Burrito Bandera is a menu rockstar! The chicken quesadilla and steak street tacos are also very good. I'll definitely be back to try out more of the menu next time I'm in town! Ask for Hailey as a server she was both sweet and gracious with our slightly rowdy bunch. Drinks are more juice than liquor, but the food is tasty, the portions are huge, and the prices of everything can't be beaten! Worth a stop-in if you're in town and has a great atmosphere for families too.”
“The staff here is always friendly! I eat here often and my favorite is a rice bowl! You top it with whatever your heart desires on that day ALSO the 5th of every month they have 5cent margs GOOOOOOO”
“What a great place. Every thing on the menu is worth a try. The Lucile was one of my favorites. When I couldn't decide on two different pizzas, they gave me the option to do a half and half. That was a treat. Not only the pizzas but the appetizers are amazing. The nachos were so good and the portion was plenty to share with friends. The staff were polite and patient. lol. Cause I always had trouble deciding what I wanted to try next every time I went. The restaurant is nostalgic and fun to experience. A must for a quick bit if in the area.”
“An oasis in the land of fry-it-all. It was too far away from Clarksdale for us to drive back and forth for all of our juice needs, but it was tempting regardless. Of course, we loved having fruits and vegetables that still had all their raw flavor after our other meals, but it would’ve been a great little juice shop in any city. We recommend you stop by just to make sure you balance out any of the other less healthy options you may have indulged in during your Delta trip.”
“Six of us were there on a girl's trip and we wanted to eat Italian and we all loved our entrees, authentic Italian food, delicious. Our waitress Clohe was awesome and very attentive. We will be back!”
“This local restaurant recently changed management & started serving lunch. Yesterday my husband & I went for lunch for the first time. Our waitress was great & food was prompt & delicious. Best of all was the atmosphere- it was so nice that my stress level went down two notches over lunch. I can’t wait to try more items off their menu!”
“When I went to this bakery, I honestly didn't know what to get. Luckily the lady running the register that day was super lovely and great at explaining the different options. She even threw me together a cute variety box at my request! I tasted just a few and it was all nice, soft, and home-baked. A little expensive, but it's a small business and all is homemade, so it's worth it!”
“This place is amazing the food is phenomenal and I couldn’t imagine eating anywhere else but this placeWheelchair accessibility: I have t see a wheelchair accessiblity”
“Awesome burger called “Lt.Dan” is a must order menu item! The seasonings they use in their 1/3 pound black Angus 90/10 beef patty is out of this world delicious! I told my husband there was no hamburger but somehow I found myself inhaling it. It was that good! The waffle fries were fried to a golden crisp and were hot out of the fryer. Just can’t say enough great things about this establishment. Lexi was our server and like everyone in the town of Cleveland, Mississippi these people Are Salt of the earth, down home, kind and genuine individuals. Stop in and give them a try, trust me, I’m a foodie, you won’t be dissapointed.???????”
“My mom wanted a stuffed crust pizza so I ordered an epic pepperoni from Papa John's. To my surprise it came with nothing but pepperoni. No veggies at all. It's sad that pizza places will remove the vegetables and charge extra to include them. I added black olives, green peppers, beef and sausage. The pizza was very nice. It was expertly made and delicious. But my goodness. This was a $30 dollar pizza. That's steep. Very steep. Papa John's is too expensive.”
“Hands down the BEST steak in town! Waitresses are always friendly and the food always comes out in a timely manner and hot! Amazing service, would recommend Bellazars!”
“Learned of this place while attending a home going over the weekend. This place was a customer's favorite spot and he loved the polish sausages. I had to try one for myself for it was high recommended. It was everything (AC) said it was and loved. I truly enjoyed the polish sausage and meeting Glen & Mayor Perkins. Great southern hospitality while revisiting a town I once grew up in. I definitely will be returning to try more items on the menu. This a gem in the Delta. Keep up the great work. :)”
“WOW! Had the pleasure of photographing food for the restaurant yesterday and was able to try nearly every dish. I'm not exaggerating, the food was INCREDIBLE. Locals obviously know, but this place is a gem.”
“I had a bad experience @ another Church's.However this Church's was very good.i really enjoyed the food. Everything was very good.and told one of the employees so.”
“Wonderful surprise off the main drag of downtown Cleveland. Had a wonderfully fresh made southern chicken salad sandwich. Hubby loved his fried okra with pepper jelly. Lots of fun. And homemade fudge.”
“I love almost all McDonald's restaurants because the food is good, fast, and delicious. So, to make a long story short, if you are hungry or in a hurry, go to any McDonald's for a great tasty, hot, and fast meal.”
“We enjoyed our meal, the interesting decor & atmosphere. We sat at bar & had good service. Restaurant was clean. Was in town on business so our 1st visit . We'll happily eat here again if back in town. Had tamales, catfish & hamburger. Tamales were good. Next time I'd get them with the chili & cheese. Catfish was excellent! Crispy & light-very fresh, generous portion. Slaw was very good, skillet green beans were great -a tad salty but I coulda eaten whole skillet! Hamburger was good but a little too done for my taste & a little light on the condiments. They have beer & cocktails which was a nice surprise. We had a beer. Will have a cocktail next time!”
“In town for business saw this place and stopped by for dinner. I ordered the Kevin Bacon burger. Awesome atmosphere very friendly service and great food. I highly recommend if you’re in this neck of the woods, please stop by.”
