“Are you seated? You better be to listen to this properly. Faye's is one of those unbelievable little eating establishments hidden away from the main drag of things. It's not large, and it's not fancy, but Faye's packs a wallop in what's important. Where else in the world would you be invited to try a sample plate of offerings before ordering? And what about size? The full meal must weigh ten pounds, and it's good. The chicken is good, the sides are good, and everything is home-made. This place is a must stop. We had the privilege of talking with Faye while we dined. She is a lovely person and a perfect example of what's right in this world. . . that is, a hard-working woman making sure what she does in her restaurant is top-notch. She's up at 3 am, begins work at 4 am, stays on until closing at 5 or 6 pm. OK, that's what you need to know. Now get up and get moving to Faye's!”

“The luck of our original plans being canceled brought us to this amazing place! The food, service, staff, friendly customers,views and amenities were all amazing! Stayed 3 nights in the RV park and I believe we ate there 5 times. Mississippi Bomb (Philly with fried shrimp on top), Creola’s Cajun Pasta, Shrimp Tacos, Grouper Bites, Gumbo, onion rings, fries and let’s not forget the Grilled Oysters on the half shell at the attached Oyster Bar beside the restaurant. Both overlooking the bayou and marina. These are just the amazing things we ate in the three days we were there. Thank you Frankie and staff!”

“I love Little Caesars and having on with a drive-thru so close to home is very convenient. Food quality here is always great. From the crazy bread to deep dish pizza, everything is perfect. Drive-thru staff are polite and friendly, and the wait time (if any) is always reasonable.”

“I've been here previously, several years ago when I first moved here. It's a little out of the way for me which is why I have visited more often. Unlike some of the other places around, instead of Vietnamese, they serve Chinese with their fried seafood. On previous stops I had the shrimp poboy, which I don't remember being bad. This trip I came for the orange chicken, which came with veggie fried rice. While the chicken was fairly standard, the fried rice was excellent. No soy sauce needed. I also ordered 6 veggie spring rolls. They were hot and crispy and half gone before I got them home. They had an odd floral flavor I couldn't quite place. It was almost as if they had a hint of rose water mixed in, either that or had a really strong incense burning when they rolled them. I still ate them all. There is seating, but I ordered takeout. They do close early which is another thing to keep in mind.”

The waitress Trinity was very attentive and talked me into a strawberry lemonade and it was very good and not overly sweet. I don't like overly sweet drinks, and usually end up getting water. Nice change for such a hot afternoon. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area”
