Friendly, helpful staff and the food was out of this world. The brisket and burnt ends were amazing. I haven’t had a dessert that I didn’t love.

Holy Smokes Meat Market and Craft BBQ serves genuine slow smoked bbq cooked the day you get it, not frozen and warmed up. The brisket is tender and juicy. The pork has just the right amount of bark and the chicken juicy and not dry. The smoke flavor is amazing. The sides are good too, which is nice because so many places don't give attention to creating good sides. The food and people are top-notch. Ribs to brisket and everything in between is excellent. The fatty brisket, sliced turkey sandwich, mac & cheese, brussel sprouts, hog dirt are recommendations. The smoked grits and the brisket are tied for the best thing from a bbq restaurant. Holy Smoked Twinkies are available on Saturday. Service is quick, you can get in and out fast because it’s already prepared. Well worth a trip.
