I waited in drive through for over 20 minutes before making it to the speaker, (one car between me and the speaker)
got to the speaker and was told to hold on and about fifteen minutes later I asked if the speaker was working, the employee was immediately rude throughout the entire order, I blame it on poor management. after I weeded through getting my order placed it was about 10 minutes before receiving any food...
