When did Dairy Queen start serving Cool Whip in the place of Ice Cream? Is this even dairy based?

Way too much talking and BSn around among employees.. . They absolutely cannot get a simple burger correct. The establishment isn't very clean and it's just being run down by SOME, not so good employees. I have messaged the owner quite a few times and he doesn't seem to care, because it's still happening.
I can understand if this just happened once but I go in there almost every Tuesday and each time my order is messed up. I quit going for a while and after a while I thought maybe I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately the lack of quality control is absolutely terrible. Apparently they just hire anyone and they do not pride themselves whatsoever.... I wouldn't be able to pride myself neither if my establishment was ran like that. Do better DQ🤦♀️

Terrible
Service is definitely a zero. I have not been in or out of this place in less than fourty minutes. I have been here multiple times that take 40+ minutes and will have maybe 3 customers at a time. This time more staff is here and still this long.

Drink I got was horrible
Nasty food. I ordered the chicken strip basket. The gravy had a 1 inch flim on it and taste like powdered gravy. The fries tasted like it had powder on it as well. The chicken straps were alright but I had nothing to dip them in and was honestly scared to try something else. So basically I paid 10 bucks for chicken straps only. I will never eat here again and most likely will avoid all dairy queens.
Restaurantji Recommends
The workers seemed nice enough, but $9.99 for a large order of cheese curds is absolutely ridiculous...especially when HALF of them were completely hollow in the middle...no cheese. I do not recommend these curds. Also it's very convenient for them that I cannot post pics to this review for proof, because I would if I could, but I don't see an option to do so.

Long waiting times until you are served. Sales now mainly take place at the pickup counter and customers in the restaurant have to wait.

I love the owners but their staff is seriously dropping the ball. They were rude, annoyed, and obviously not caring about their work. Plus, Butterfinger blizzard was pretty much vanilla ice cream and salad container and dressing container had old sticky red spills of something all over them. Whatever it was, was old and gross. The Double bacon cheeseburger questionable because it looked like it was on its second or third microwave warm up. The bun was shriveled and anyone could have seen it was definitely nowhere near fresh. The whole order was garbage and this was my last chance. RIP Ntz DQ
