The service is very poor. They do not attempt to satisfy the customer in a fair manner. Do you want green onion? That’s an extra dollar. Egg in your rice-extra$1. It is ridiculous. I hate that we don’t have choices of restaurants in Natchez. I would go there because I truly wanted Chinese food. I would walk past the nasty floor, the loitering people, the filthy parking lot and disgusting littered sidewalk and dirt filled windows. I’m the fool. I’ve always had great food and dealt with nice folx every time I’ve ordered from/eaten here. Quick, cheap, good. Love their hot and sour soup, especially when I’m sick. I’m not saying other people haven’t experienced issues, but I haven’t. They’ve even accommodated me when I’ve been slow or made a mistake in my ordering, and even clearly busy and run off of their feet the people working there have been kind and cracked jokes and been gracious. Let me say this place is cut short and given way too many bad reviews and marks. We gave them a try tonight on pick up service. Called in order from Jeff Davis Blvd….order taken quickly, promptly, and called back correctly. Amt due given over phone. Immediately drove across town where order was already ready.
