McDonald's 61N, customer service is horrible!! I normally come through Mon-Fri and order the same thing coffee and oatmeal, today I waited 5 mins to order which I eventually drove to window to place my order, I waited 7 mins for oatmeal!! I had to go inside to finally pick up my order!!! After finally receiving the oatmeal...I received a fork and knife to eat with, really!?! The only thing the manager said was I will refund your money, WTH!?!
Someone is not paying attention to detail. The fries had absolutely no salt on them. Also, the pattie on the chicken sandwich was a little bit rubberized and the bun was completely flattened. Floors were not recently mopped and one stall in the lady's room was out of tissue.
The drive thru experience here was one of the worst I have had by far! There are two lanes to drive thru, and as I pulled up, the automated voice came on as usual but then nothing... I sat for about almost 7 mins and watched the lane to left have their orders taken and then I watched about 4 vehicles go ahead of me before I was asked what I wanted. I was almost late to my doctor's appointment due to this. There were about 3 cars behind me pulled off because of the wait.I am hoping...read full review
