Let me say this place is cut short and given way too many bad reviews and marks. We gave them a try tonight on pick up service. Called in order from Jeff Davis Blvd….order taken quickly, promptly, and called back correctly. Amt due given over phone. Immediately drove across town where order was already ready. I’ve always had great food and dealt with nice folx every time I’ve ordered from/eaten here. Quick, cheap, good. Love their hot and sour soup, especially when I’m sick. I’m not saying other people haven’t experienced issues, but I haven’t. They’ve even accommodated me when I’ve been slow or made a mistake in my ordering, and even clearly busy and run off of their feet the people working there have been kind and cracked jokes and been gracious. The food was fine.They are take-out only and half the restaurant is hidden by plastic sheeting. This wouldn't be a problem if there was a restroom patrons could use. I was in Natchez for business and stopped at Great Wok for lunch after driving 3 hours. While I don't mind eating take-out in my car, I mind feeling like my bladder is going to explode because there's not a restroom available.
