I ordered a sheet cake for my mom’s 77th birthday. It was horrible. It was rubbery and dense. We were very disappointed. My mom encouraged me to take it back so they could taste it but I did not because I did not want to argue about it. I threw away the cake that was left bc I couldn’t eat another piece. I apologized to my guests.

Yes, it was my first time there. Quiet.Peaceful service was good and the staff was friendly and the building was clean

I ordered a red velvet cake for my dad's 70th birthday and it was absolutely amazing. It was one of the best cakes I have ever had. Everyone loved it!!!!

Made my sister's wedding cake last yr, and it was divine!! Tried ordering a birthday cake last yr, but it was a little pricey and I wasn't having a party. I definitely plan to order the Almond cake from them in the future. It was amazing!!

Buttercup Bakery catered a brunch for me recently. The quiche and frittata were really really good. But those cinnamon rolls...they were fabulous! I would deffinetly use Buttercup Bakery again for an event and I will be stopping in for the occasional cinnamon roll.

Tried my first ever bread pudding at Buttercup Bakery. My husband and I sat in the truck and ate every bite in the parking lot before we left. It was delicious. Everything looked wonderful and I"m sure tasted just as good as the bread pudding.

If you have not had the chicken salad and the cupcakes, you should be ashamed of yourself. That is some good food over there.

Very disappointed. The cake was for my daughter’s 24th birthday. I cut a couple of pieces for work the next day and there was the piece of hair. I called to see how they would handle it and the guy told me since we had the cake for 2 days there was nothing they could do. I told him I would make sure everyone that I know would know this. He insinuated that he was our hair. I made sure that he knew it wasn’t our kind of hair. Never again from Janel’s Buttercup Bakery in Natchez, Ms

Ordered a cake for a birthday was to be ready at 4pm at 530 not ready, I sent my nephew to pick up at 345 .I called in to find out what was going on and the rude little punk who answered the phone was rude and mean when I asked to speak to a manager he said they were busy and to take my biz elsewhere. We will from now on and we will make sure everyone we know, knows how horrible your service is and how you disrespect your customers . Shocked after hearing how great y’all are. People there are several bakeries in Natchez shop there they appreciate your business this joint does not.

I ordered a wrist corsage and boutonnière for prom. They were both beautiful and just what we requested. 100% recommend!

The young gentleman(sorry I didn't get your name) who waited on me was so helpful. My Mother has to eat gluten free and he took the time to explain about preordering and the kinds of things they can make. Thank for that. The chicken salad and potato soup were both so good, I will be back.
