We enjoyed a great catfish dinner at this restaurant. Food and Service were both great. Will return the next time we are in the area. It’s definitely not a fancy place and curb appeal is lacking. If you want good food and friendly service, come here!

We definitely had our doubts. After looking at all the negative reviews. We had an enjoyable time, it was just like you would expect for a, fish shack in Mississippi. Our waitress, Debbie was very, very good and pleasant to talk to.

Baby. Very rude waitress. The waitress doesn’t know the difference between a hamburger and cheeseburger. I ordered a hamburger and she brought me a cheeseburger. The waitress argued me down that cheese come on a hamburger. Then tried to make me pay for a cheeseburger. After that she told me to get out of her restaurant like she owed the restaurant. Little young mixed waitress. I asked for the manager and the lady behind the register said she was the assistant manager but she did not try to correct the waitress at all. Very disappointing and disrespectful. If you don’t know the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger you don’t need to be waiting tables. I called for the owner she told me she didn’t know when he would be in. She need to be handled I will keep checking to speak with the owner.

The food was excellent. I had the thin fried catfish and it was cooked to perfection.

Although the catfish was very good, the venue itself is a disgusting dump. Looks awful from the outside, only to look even worse once you step inside. Have some pride -- either completely remodel the joint, or build a new facility.

Best fried catfish plate in town and they have managed to keep the prices reasonable. Plenty of fries, yummy catfish and hushpuppies and some of the best cole slaw ever! If you have delivered....which I do very often for lunch....plates are always delivered fresh and still hot and they always remember to add the extras such as ketchup, utensils, etc. AAA+++ in my book!

$28.28 for 2 baked potatoes and 2 teas. My loaded baked potato was disgusting and smelled fishy. I didn't eat it, and they still charged me.The place is dirty. Stop at Wendy's for a baked potato and pass this

The grease was very burnt and the fish were horrible and the fries are undercooked and it took a hour for our food to come.

My experience here was absolutely terrible! My husband ordered lemon pepper chicken and when they brought the meal they brought lemon pepper fish. He did not tell them because we had to wait 30 minutes for our order and we didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes on the chicken. My daughter ordered boiled shrimp. She could not eat over 1/2 of it. It was so rubbery & hard and her meal alone was $24. The best thing was the Cajun Fish that was brought to our table for free bc we had to wait on our order so long. We were the only people in the restaurant as well so not sure what was going on today.

Just went there. They were supposed to be open. We noticed a woman mopping and another counting tickets. An elderly man that could not walk good, walked up the stairs to go in and the door was locked. They didn't budge from inside. They could have at least apologized for the inconvenience. But instead they ignored the man. Then we called and the lady was by the phone and did not answer. This was during hours! 2 1/2 hrs before they close to be exact.

Don't waste your time. The server never spoke. Just came up to the register. I ordered a shrimp (frozen) po- boy and fries. With water to drink. My total was $16.04. I gave her $20.00. Told the cashier I had 4 cents in the truck. Gave that to her, and my change in return was $1.00. Basic math isn't being taught in school anymore. Told her just keep the $3.00 as a tip. Had to fix my own drink (water) Brought my food to go. Never once asked how I wanted my order. Sitting at the table. Got my own food and drink. Server never offered for any assistance. I'd go across the road to Moo's Barn and Grill.
