“Made it three big breakfasts with hotcakes in three separate bags. Food was good. Service was descending yet the work atmosphere appeared to be a bit chaotic. I had to remind the server several times about What I had ordered. A bit of a wait time as well due to the disarray with employees.“
“McDonald's 61N, customer service is horrible!! I normally come through Mon-Fri and order the same thing coffee and oatmeal, today I waited 5 mins to order which I eventually drove to window to place my order, I waited 7 mins for oatmeal!! I had to go inside to finally pick up my order!!! After finally receiving the oatmeal...I received a fork and knife to eat with, really!?! The only thing the manager said was I will refund your money, WTH!?!“
